If you wish to enter items into one of our auctions, here’s how it works.
Emailing photos of your item/s to our team is compulsory. We’ll respond to your enquiry as promptly as possible to discuss the suitability of your goods. Please note: Your item/s must have a minimum lot value of $200 to be considered for auction. If your item has a back-stamp, hallmark or signature, please ensure that you attach clear images of this for an accurate assessment. In addition, if your item has any damage or faults, please be sure to mention this.
Alternatively, for larger lots and estates, our appraisers may travel to the property for an on-site assessment & appraisal. A call-out fee & hourly rate is applicable depending on the location and complexity.
Once your items have been approved via email, we will then ask for the items to be delivered to us. For sellers that are not within our region, you may post your items to us via your choice of postal/courier service. Please ensure your name and return address are on the parcel.
*We do not accept liability for items damaged during transit so please ensure that you pack to the best of your ability.Your item/s will then be published in our online catalogue for our worldwide audience. If successfully sold at auction, your funds will be processed 14 business-days post auction.
SALE COMMISSION.
We charge a competitive sale commission of 20% (including GST), which includes the entire handling of your consignment from start to end. We do NOT charge lotting or handling fees.

Ivory without CITES certification or any form of rhinoceros horn
Alcohol or illegal paraphernalia
