Buying at Kerleys

ALL OF OUR AUCTIONS ARE HOSTED ENTIRELY ONLINE.
Buying at Kerleys is really as simple as it gets. Buyers must register their details for a bidder number prior to the online auction. This bidder number will be your unique identifier during the sale. If bidding as an Absentee, you can register for a number at reception during a Public Viewing Day. If bidding online, you will need to register an account through Invaluable.

VIEWING

Our showroom is only open for viewing prior to the forthcoming auction. Viewing is available between 10am - 5.00pm Friday and Saturday before each sale. We offer intending buyers the opportunity of receiving condition reports and additional photos via Email or Text Message.

COMMISSION

When shopping at auction, there is a Buyers Premium of 20% (including GST) on-top of every lot sold. This is a premium that all auction houses charge, which helps keep our doors open and assists us in securing Collections/Estates that otherwise would not be available for the public to view or purchase. If Bidding online, Invaluable will charge you an extra 5% Buyer’s Premium on-top of our 20% premium (25% online premium).

If you wish to have your purchase posted via Australia Post or another courier service, this will attract an additional low Service fee of $5 per parcel for jewellery, $12 per small parcel and $20 per large parcel (30cm +)
